Since Thursday, I have been @ Jess' and Phillip's house hangin out with Laura and Jess. Phil is in Colorado with some buddies hunting elk until Tuesday.

We have been having a ton of fun.

If you can measure fun in tons that is.

Yesterday we woke up (on a Saturday remember) @ 6 O'clock in the morning to go to the grand opening of Gander Mtn.

It's an outdoors store, that sells stuff pertaining to fishing, hunting, canoeing, stuff like that.

I could not believe that Jess, and Chase had drug Sis. Cindy and I out at that early. I don't EVER wake up that early.

You know me... I wake up about 10 or 10:30 every morning. I don't like to be bored during the day. It doesn't take me long (at all) to do my school, so why wake up early, get everything done, and then have nothing to do for the rest of the day?

Anyways, Gander Mtn was pretty cool. We got there around 7 (It was Cold!!!) and were among the first 100 people. We were given $10 gift certificates (each), Gander Mountain shirts, stickers, the kids got deer antler hats, and gander mountain tattoos.

I spent my gift card on a pink Gander Mtn. shirt with a moose on it. I MIGHT even wear it to church tonight.

Chase and Jess got %'s off of their purchases from bow target practicing at balloons.

It was much fun... Even though I didn't get much sleep in the past weekend, I had a TON of fun.

Do I like this? I'm not sure...

Paul Roger's has taken his role as lead now, but Still... NO one could possibly EVER fill his place.

On Saturday night, the Knox's had some people over to listen to the Bama Game, and to play some games of our own.

We played catch phrase for a LONG while, and towards the middle, I started getting hysterically hyper. I have no clue why, I just did. It must have been the Dr. Pepper.

Anyways, I think Judd was wondering WHAT in the world was wrong with me. I hope Vanilla told him that I don't ALWAYS act like that.

Not that bad. For some reason I'm wanting to CAptialize Everything. Total change of subjects.

But anyways once more, I was acting so ridiculous, that I was even starting to wonder about myself. It's also bad when JOSIAH says something about it. He said... "KAYLA!! Are you turning 16 tomorrow or 12?".

I Had a pretty cool birthday, even though Friday will be more of a birthday to me than yesterday was.

I think 95% of the church told me happy birthday. That was cool. People I had NO clue would even THInk about my birthday told me happy birthday.

That tells me I'm loved.

for those who don't know what I did yesterday... I went to Church, then went to the Knox's for some heavenly roast and yeast rolls... Then I went to church again, then went to Arbys and got to ride home in Derek's Delsol.... I love that thing.

Contracts

By noon tomorrow, something will happen with Dad's job... I have no clue what, but I will keep you guys updated.

God could honor Mom being faithful, and change EVERYONE's minds about renewing the contract.

Last night, a few of us yp went to the Reese's to have a bonfire. It was pretty fun.

Only when the fire got small enough for us to enjoy it though. You know how boys are... They just kept adding more and more to it.

But... That isn't my point. After Josh and Josiah left, we were all sitting by the campfire talking about miracles.

After that, Laura started a WHOLE new conversation by saying something like: "WOW!! that fire is HOT! I sure would hate to go to hell!"

We had an awesome conversation on spiritual things, and I was thinking much during our little discussion.

I am so very thankful for God allowing me to be brought to church in a blanket. I am even more thankful for him giving me a mind to be saved while I am still young. While we were talking, I remembered how miserable I used to be.

I hated not being saved. I wasn't getting ANY joy out of it. I'm very thankful for that now. God could have just let me go and told me, "Go, just have fun... Do it your own way." and let me go on to be on my own without him forever, but he didn't, and I can't thank him enough.

Campmeeting was a HUGE blessing to me, since I haven't posted about it yet, here is a couple of pics from the picnic.Were all paying our attention to Evan, and I looked up to see mom snapping a pic.
